1. Cancellation of Order
At Kaffaway, we aim to process and dispatch all orders placed through www.kaffaway.com at the earliest.
Due to the fast turnaround time and automated order processing, cancellation of orders is not possible once an order is placed.
We request customers to carefully review their order details before completing the purchase.
2. Return Policy
Returns will be accepted only in cases of quality concerns or damage of items during transit.
